Privacy policy
Trickshot Charlotte is a community group for trickshot players in and around Charlotte, NC. This page explains what we collect when you sign up at trickshotclt.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into the sign-up form: name, email, age, neighborhood, skill level and favorite trick types.
- Whether you agreed to this policy and, if you're under 18, whether a parent or guardian approved.
- A one-way hashed version of your IP address and your country, used only to block spam and abuse. We can't turn the hash back into your IP.
How we use it
- To send you meetup announcements and community updates.
- To plan meetups: for example, how many people are in each neighborhood or skill level.
We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to Trickshot Charlotte.
Where it's stored
Sign-ups are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. The connection to our site is encrypted (HTTPS). Only the Trickshot Charlotte organizers can access the data.
Under 18
You must be at least 13 to sign up. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. If you're between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian needs to approve your sign-up. Parents or guardians can ask us to see or delete their child's information at any time using the contact below.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're part of the community. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your record within 30 days.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time.
- Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion.
